Learn how invitation access, publishing, and guest details work in LinenInvite. This is a summary of product controls, not a legal privacy policy.
Choose access by invitation link, shared password, or guest-name check. Anyone with an open link can view it. A password can be forwarded, and someone who knows a guest’s name may pass a name check. Choose the setting to match what you share; these checks are not proof of identity.
Hosts sign in to manage their guest lists. Access to one workspace does not give someone access to another. Invite only the collaborators who need to help with your event.
Guest-facing pages read the published guest site. Draft edits do not become public simply because someone has a link.
Public intake submissions land in a pending or duplicate-review state before they become official household, guest, invitation, or send records.
Export artifacts and share links are private, expiring, revocable, and audited. Limited vendor access is designed around resource-specific grants rather than broad workspace access.
Registry and cash-fund references use external links only. LinenInvite does not collect card data or process native gift payments in this stage.
LinenInvite uses Google Analytics to understand visits, navigation, and host milestones such as creating a site and publishing it. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes browser and device information. We send fixed page labels and limited event details, excluding guest-facing pages, invitation tokens, guest names, contact details, and unpublished content. Operational audit records remain separate.
